Snack Box is based in Syracuse, NY 13203 and currently operates across Central New York. Our machines are strategically placed in high-traffic locations serving hundreds of individuals each month. We are actively expanding our service area.

Our machines are stocked with a variety of options tailored to your location and audience, including:

Location & Machines

Everything about getting a free vending machine placed at your location.

No — absolutely zero cost. We provide installation, stocking, servicing, and maintenance completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees or long-term financial commitments — we handle everything from delivery and setup to ongoing restocking and repairs.

We take full responsibility. Our team monitors inventory levels remotely, restocks products regularly, and performs routine maintenance to ensure the machine operates smoothly at all times. Your team doesn't need to manage anything.

Absolutely. We customize product selections based on your location type and customer preferences — including snack options, beverages, and healthy alternatives. We also factor in sales trends and what sells best in similar locations to maximize satisfaction for your visitors.

We look for locations that have at least one of the following:

  • High foot traffic — office workers, students, hotel guests, gym members, commuters
  • Limited nearby food or beverage options
  • No on-site cafeteria or café to serve occupants
  • An indoor or covered area available for machine placement

Great locations include offices, schools, community centers, sports centers, apartment complexes, wellness centers, and warehouses.

We offer three types of machines to fit any environment:

  • Snack & Beverage Combo — chips, chocolates, energy bars, water, sodas, juices
  • Healthy Options Machine — organic snacks, low-calorie drinks, nutritious alternatives

Snack Box Kids

Questions about our youth entrepreneurship program for ages 11–13.

Snack Box Kids is a youth-focused extension of the Snack Box Markets brand, designed to inspire and educate the next generation of entrepreneurs. The program gives young people aged 11 to 13 (expanding to 14+ in the future) hands-on experience operating real vending machine businesses — learning money management, customer service, and entrepreneurship with full support.

The program itself is provided at no monetary cost to participants. The only requirements are a commitment of time and dedication. SBK covers all initial business setup costs, machine purchasing, installation, and marketing.

The program is structured into three phases:

  • Phase 1 — Business Setup: SBK handles all initial setup, including selecting locations, purchasing machines, and setting up operations.
  • Phase 2 — Youth Selection & Sponsorship: Each selected youth receives a vending machine and begins managing their own route with guidance.
  • Phase 3 — Leadership & Expansion: Youth grow their operation by acquiring additional machines, expanding routes, and increasing earnings.

Youth can participate through two models:

  • Sponsorship: Organizations or individuals sponsor a youth participant by providing resources to start and manage a vending route.
  • Lease-to-Own: Youth gradually take ownership of their vending machine through a structured payment path, fostering long-term investment and commitment.

The program is designed to be flexible and manageable alongside school and other activities. Participants typically work just a couple of hours per week — making it accessible for most young people while still building meaningful business skills and income.

Sponsorship FAQ

Common questions from businesses and individuals looking to sponsor Snack Box machines.

Every sponsorship package provides branding exposure directly on and around our vending machines, including:

  • Your logo prominently displayed on vending machines
  • Branded machine wraps or panels
  • Digital screens for video ads (if applicable)
  • Product placement (if sponsoring your own products)
  • QR codes linking to your website, app, or promotions
  • Co-branded marketing campaigns

We offer three sponsorship tiers:

  • Platinum — $12,500: Full machine wrap, digital screen logo, custom products, monthly reports, 2x/month social media, priority placement, uniform branding.
  • Gold — $7,500/machine: 50% machine wrap, payment interface logo, monthly social post, sponsor website listing, quarterly reports.
  • Silver — $5,000/machine: Logo sticker on front panel, optional branded product, sponsor board recognition, annual summary.

All packages include one year of coverage: one vending machine, initial inventory, uniform, marketing, transportation, storage, maintenance, and insurance.

Based on our current locations, sponsors can expect:

  • 150–500 average daily impressions per machine
  • 4,500–15,000+ monthly reach per machine
  • High engagement due to dwell time and repeat users

Your brand is associated with a daily interaction — not just a one-time ad impression.

For those who want to support our youth mission without a full machine sponsorship:

  • $2,500 — Uniform Branding: Your business name or logo on uniforms worn by youth participants.
  • $1,500 — Lease-to-Own Support: Covers the financing fee for a youth participant's vending machine, removing a significant barrier to entry.

All sponsorship packages provide coverage for one full year, which includes one vending machine, initial inventory, uniform, marketing, transportation, storage, maintenance, and insurance. Brand placements on machines are designed for consistent exposure over a two-year period.

Sales Team

Questions about joining the Snack Box sales team and earning commissions.

Sales reps help Snack Box grow by identifying and securing new locations for our vending machines. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Finding new locations for vending machines
  • Connecting with schools, apartments, offices, and local businesses
  • Presenting the free amenity program to property owners
  • Helping expand the Snack Box brand in your community

No technical experience is required. We provide full training to get you started. Sales experience is helpful but not a requirement. We're looking for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation is commission-based with unlimited earning potential based on location traffic:

  • 80–240 daily people: $100 commission
  • 250–500 daily people: $200 commission
  • 560–750 daily people: $350 commission
  • 750–1,250 daily people: $500 commission
  • Higher traffic locations: Even higher commissions

Additional bonus opportunities are available for sponsorship partners and recurring growth as we expand.
